To get to to the property from major roads. 

The building sits directly on the waterfront foreshore, just footsteps from Station Pier.

From the Melbourne CBD & North:
Take the M1 (West Gate Freeway), exit onto the Todd Road exit, and turn left onto Williamstown Road. Turn left onto The Boulevard (which becomes Beaconsfield Parade), then turn right onto Bay Street and left onto Beach Street.

From the South-East (e.g., Heatherton/M1):
Travel via the M1 (Monash Freeway) toward the city, taking the Montague Street exit. Turn left onto Montague Street, which eventually becomes Normanby Road and then Todd Road. From there, follow the route onto Williamstown Road, left onto The Boulevard/Beaconsfield Parade, right onto Bay Street, and left onto Beach Street.

From the West (via West Gate Bridge):
Head east over the West Gate Bridge and take the exit toward Wurundjeri Way/City/Port Melbourne. Merge onto Prohaska Street, turn left onto Lorimer Street, right onto Todd Road, and right again onto Williamstown Road. Follow this to The Boulevard, turn right onto Bay Street, and left onto Beach Street.
